DescriptionOne original 120mm black and white negative image taken by Dallas Times Herald staff photographer Andy Hanson. This image captures a busy newsroom at the Dallas Times Herald on November 22, 1963. Several staff members are gathered around desks filled with news materials, including managing editor Felix McKnight who is standing on the right side of the image, holding a piece of paper.
Curatorial Commentary
Dallas Times Herald managing editor Felix McKnight recorded an oral history with the Museum on March 9, 1995. It may be found here: Felix McKnight Oral History – Works – The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza. He passed away in 2004. - Stephen Fagin, Curator
