DescriptionOriginal 35mm color slide showing Air Force One at Love Field, shortly after the arrival of President John F. Kennedy. The image was taken by Federal Aviation Administration employee Noel V. Cook from a roof top outside his office as the Kennedys, hidden from view, greeted the crowd. The water puddles on the roof were left over after a light rain that morning which ended a little over an hour before the Kennedys landed.
