DescriptionVideotaped oral history interview with Jerry Bartos. A former Dallas city councilman (1987-1993), Bartos saw the Kennedy motorcade on Lemmon Avenue on November 22, 1963. Previously, four days before the 1960 presidential election, he witnessed Lyndon and Lady Bird Johnson accosted by demonstrators in downtown Dallas. Interview conducted at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza on March 8, 2004 by Stephen Fagin. The interview is fifty-three minutes long.

Jerry Bartos passed away on November 28, 2008. The incident discussed in this interview involving Lyndon and Lady Bird Johnson in 1960 was the subject of a Museum gallery talk in 2016.
