The image shows several members of the Warren Commission and staff on the sidewalk outside the north pergola in Dealey Plaza. The grassy knoll is out of frame to the viewer's right. The south pergola of Dealey Plaza, a mirror image of the north pergola, is visible in the background. The man in the center of the group without a hat is Allen Dulles. John McCloy stands next to him with a light-colored coat over his left arm. Senator John Sherman Cooper, wearing glasses, also appears. The man at left wearing a cowboy hat is Texas Attorney General Waggoner Carr. The man wearing a hat in the background is WBAP-TV reporter James Kerr.
