DescriptionVideotaped oral history interview with Robert Landon. Landon was a seventh grader at John J. Pershing Elementary in Dallas in 1963. He was with his classmate Fred Ruby, the nephew of Jack Ruby, on Sunday, November 24.
Interview conducted at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza on March 22, 2010 by Stephen Fagin. The interview is twenty-four minutes long.
Curatorial CommentaryFour years after this interview was recorded, Robert Landon's 1963 classmate, Fred Ruby, recorded an oral history with the Museum. The nephew of Jack Ruby, Fred discussed the harassment and financial hardship that befell the Ruby family following the shooting of Lee Harvey Oswald.
