DescriptionVideotaped oral history interview with Sarah Mendoza. Mendoza served in the Peace Corps in Micronesia from 2008 to 2010. Her country host was a former Peace Corps volunteer from the 1970s. Interview conducted at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza on September 23, 2011 by Stephen Fagin. The interview is thirty-seven minutes long.

Curatorial Commentary

Unlike those 1960s volunteers who shared memories with the Museum half a century after their Peace Corps experience, Sarah Mendoza participated in the Museum's Oral History Project just one year after completing her service.
