DescriptionOne original 35 mm black and white negative taken by a Dallas Times Herald staff photographer. The image shows an unidentified doctor completing paperwork at a nurses station in Parkland Hospital after the arrival of suspected assassin and gunshot victim Lee Harvey Oswald on Sunday, November 24, 1963. Although the pictures on this negative strip have been attributed to photographer Andy Hanson in the past, curators have concluded that it is not possible at this time to say with any certainty who took them.
