Johnson riding on the back of a convertible through Arlington, Texas during a presidential campaign visit on September 13, 1960. Judge Sarah T. Hughes sits between them, and local Democratic campaign director Barefoot Sanders is sitting in the front passenger seat. Senator Johnson is waving his hat at the crowd. Crowds line both sides of the street. Police are on either side of the vehicle. This image was taken after Senator Kennedy's speech at Burnett Park in Fort Worth, Texas.
