DescriptionVideotaped oral history interview with Vilas Datar. A native of India, Datar was eight years old in 1963. With no access to television, he remembers his family following assassination coverage in local newspapers. In May 2021, Datar fulfilled a lifelong goal of visiting Dealey Plaza. Interview conducted over Zoom on June 4, 2021 by Stephen Fagin. The interview is 26 minutes long.
